Soldiers For The Truth (SFTT), the nation's most independent and populist policy organization, is where members of our Armed Forces turn to for advocate action. Founded by Col. David H. Hackworth, USA (Ret), we are an organization of concerned Citizens and Veterans pursuing the critical issues confronting our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coastguardsmen with regard to their training, welfare, benefits, equipment and leadership.

SFTT is a non-profit organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and any monies you donate are fully tax deductible.

It is crucial that our men and women of the Armed Forces have an independent voice working on their behalf to hold the pentagon, congress and the media accountable in matters that effect their missions and their lives. We are dedicated to fighting these battles on every front. However, without your support, none of this is possible.

Your sponsorship is critical in this grass-roots effort. As veterans ourselves, we keenly hear the voices of our troops as they struggle with the day-to-day tasks of more demands and less resources. The military budget is of staggering proportions, but far fewer of the dollars spent actually benefit the troops to any real degree.

SFTT has no corporate sponsors and is not supported by any government agency. All our funding comes from the citizens because all our troops are truly - "Citizen Soldiers".

We have no special arrangements or giveaways for higher donors; no cards, pins mugs, funny hats or golf outings.

Former President Reagan once, very graciously, said, "Some people spend a lifetime wondering if they ever made a difference. The Marines don't have that problem." I would say that's a sentiment easily applied to all branches of our Armed Forces.
